Zar-Dari State of Jiyalistan

  THE JIYALAS have always demonstrated an outlook. The Pakistan’s history guides us that the PPP_flagday, they enter into President House and Prime Minister House, they think the whole Pakistan is theirs; a Jiyala Pakistan or Jiyalistan. The jobs, benefits, contracts, police and police stations, bureaucracy and the government offices and above all the judiciary all are their property.

 2008828131857100621_5Thanks to civil society, Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) and Pakistan Tehrek-e-Insaf (PTI) and above all our Media, especially Jang Group of Newspapers-they all have helped us get an independent judiciary. Their efforts for the restoration judiciary, being sacked by the then dictator Gen. Musharraf, have started yielding results. One such positive outcome is the failure of Jiyala Judges’ project which could have been successful, had we not been able to restore our chief Justice and judges.

 lawyer372

 The story by Usman Manzoor in The News narrates why the PPP’s government was reluctant to restore the judiciary. The NRO wasn’t the only problem-thus the issue were more complicated. The investigative reporting by The News under the leadership of veteran and brave journalist Ansar Abbasi has let us know much of the hidden agendas of our so-called leaders.

 The news story reads;

 The popular saying ‘old habits die hard’ truly fits in the case of the Punjab governor, who recently moved a list of seven ‘Jiyala lawyers’ to the chief justice of the Lahore High Court as ‘recommendations received in the Governor’s Secretariat’ for the slots of judges of the LHC…….The chief justice not only rejected the governor’s nominees but also expressed his displeasure over the violation of the Constitution because the summary for appointment of lawyers for the slots of judges had to be initiated from the office of the LHC chief justice.

The conditions of to be appointed judges are honesty, uprightness and professionalism. But the report informs us that “High courts of the country were stuffed with ‘Jiyala’ judges earlier this year when Abdul Hameed Dogar was the chief Justice. One of them even chanted the ‘Jiye Bhutto’ slogan soon after taking oath as judge of the LHC.

 I invite my blogger friends and visitor of my blog to please see the credentials and decide whether such persons should be appointed as judges to the high courts or any court established for the rule of law and justice?

Latif_Khosa The list of seven lawyers sent by the Punjab governor included advocates Mian Sarfraz Hassan, Muhammad Abid Saqi, Jehanzeb Khan Bharwana, Syed Mutahir Ali Naqvi, Mumtaz Mustafa, Khwaja Tariq Sohail and Azhar Siddique.

  • Mian Sarfraz Hassan has remained president of the People’s Lawyers’ Forum (PLF), a body of lawyers affiliated with the PPP and is a famous activist of the PPP in Lahore.
  • Abid Hussain Saqi has remained the president of PLF in Lahore and is currently serving as deputy attorney-general in Lahore. He also remained general secretary of the LHCBA. Abid Saqi, apart from his affiliation with the PPP, was embroiled in a controversy when he provided shelter to the daughter of Maulana Waheed in his house. The girl had reportedly married a non-Muslim.
  • Jahanzeb Khan Bharwana is famous in Lahore for his affiliation with the PPP
  • Syed Mazahir Ali Naqvi is a PPP Jiyala from Gujranwala. Lawyers in Lahore say Mazahir Ali Naqvi is a competent lawyer of Gujranwala. However, the reason he was nominated as judge of the LHC was his affiliation with the PPP.
  • Mumtaz Mustafa is from Rahim Yar Khan and is a member of the Punjab Bar Council. He also remained president Rahim Yar Khan Bar Association. He had been with Tehrik-e-Istaqlal and the PML (Functional) and is currently affiliated with the Khosa Group of the PPP.
  • Khwaja Tariq Sohail, a diehard PPP worker, remained member of the executive committee of the Supreme Court Bar Association. To prove his loyalty to the Khosa-Naek Group, he attended Justice Dogar’s function.
  • Azher Siddique, also a PPP supporter, has remained media adviser to Munir A Malik and Aitzaz Ahsan but deserted the lawyers’ movement.

Besides Jiyalizing the sacred institution of Judiciary the PPP’s “Politicization of the civil bureaucracy is at all-time high now, as the external influence in the bureaucratic affairs has reached an extent where the institution of civil services is about to crumble” reports Ansar Abbasi in another good story in today’s The News.

 The bureaucracy is faced with such a sorry state of affairs that the MPs and politicians are openly recommending the postings and transfers of their favorites. The dilemma is that the Prime Minister’s Secretariat is found generous in forwarding such recommendations, which are illegal under the rules, to the Establishment Division and other concerned agencies for implementation. “Politicization of bureaucracy was never like this before,” a senior PM Secretariat official said, adding it is the consequence of mounting external influence into service matters that highly embarrassing appointments are being made, which result into inter-service rivalries.

Isn’t it ridiculous to curse the bureaucracy for corruption when our politicians from the western blue-eyed party, PPP have made every effort to change our bureaucracy into a political party? In fact PPP is bent upon to change the whole country into Jiyalistan or Zar-Dari state of Jiyalistan.

Jews Should Kill Arab Men, Women and Children

What the world is made to Believe

Warlord Daniel Pipes

Warlord Daniel Pipes

A search application in the website of almost every US Think Tank will show you thousands of words like Islamic Extremism, Radical Islam, Political Islam a threat, and Muslim Terrorist etc. Some of the websites are translating “news” published in Urdu and Pashto media into English in order to expose the Muslim extremists and “Jihadis terrorist mindset”. Consequently the Muslim and terrorism has become Synonyms of each other although these are not.

The Story and reality

A Chabad rabbi has urged the “Jews should kill Arab men, women and children during war” According to Nathaniel Popper (Haaretz), “Like the best Chabad-Lubavitch rabbis, Manis Friedman has won the hearts of many unaffiliated Jews with his charismatic talks about love and God; it was Friedman who helped lead Bob Dylan into a relationship with Chabad.”

Now what he says?

 1)     “The only way to fight a moral war is the Jewish way: Destroy their holy sites. Kill men, women and children (and cattle),” Friedman wrote in response to the question posed by Moment Magazine for its “Ask the Rabbis”

2)     Friedman argued that if Israel followed this wisdom, there would be “no civilian casualties, no children in the line of fire, no false sense of righteousness, in fact, no war.”

3)     “I don’t believe in Western morality,” he wrote. “Living by Torah values will make us a light unto the nations who suffer defeat because of a disastrous morality of human invention.”

Chad Warlords

Chabad-Lubavitch is a Hasidic movement in Orthodox Judaism. One of the world’s largest Hasidic movements, it is based in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. The name “Chabad” (Hebrew: חב”ד) is an acronym for Chochmah, Binah, Da’at ( “Wisdom, Understanding, and Knowledge,” and “Lubavitch” is the only extant branch of a family of Hasidic groups once known collectively as the Chabad movement; the names are now used interchangeably.

Is Rabbi Manis Friedman A Common Man? & and should the words of this warlord be let to go unnoticed?

Absolutely Not. Rabbi Manis Friedman is a biblical scholar, author, counselor and speaker and is the dean of the Bais Chana Institute of Jewish Studies. He received his rabbinic ordination at the Rabbinical College of Canada in 1969.

He is not just rabbi but hosts TV series, Torah Forum with Manis Friedman, syndicated within North America. Friedman’s first book, Doesn’t Anyone Blush Anymore?, was published in 1990. It is currently in its fourth printing. Since the 1970’s more than 150,000 of Friedman’s recorded classes and lectures have been sold. What do you think now is he a common man? Should we not be afraid if we urge to kill us?

Rabbi Friedman is a best-selling author so when he sells his war plan against Muslims which is bought by many and in fact those lobbying for Israel in Washington, shouldn’t we should our concerns?

Muslims in the Line of Fire

According to information clearing house 12 Israeli Arabs have been indicted over Jewish Gunman’s Death

 Under the heading ‘The Victim is the Guilty Party’   Jonathan Cook in Nazareth writes;

 “The decision to prosecute 12 Israeli Arabs over what the local media have described as the “lynching” of an Israeli soldier on a bus shortly after he shot dead the driver and three passengers has been greeted with outrage from the country’s Arab minority.

 Jafar Farah, the head of Mossawa, an Arab political lobbying group, said the indictments, which follow a series of about-turns by state prosecutors, reflected “the current harsher political climate” for the Arab minority, one-fifth of the country’s population.

 A right-wing government, established this year, includes the party of Avigdor Lieberman, which is openly hostile to Arabs.

Who Is Threat To The World Peace?

You believe or not The Rabbis and The Jewish State of Israel is a great threat to the World Peace.

Chief Justice Meeting The US Viceroy To Af-PAK

It doesn’t come as a surprise when the US viceroy to this colony slams Hafiz Saeed. It is no wonder if we watch our president standing obediently behind during the joint press conference by our Foreign(’s) Minister and his highness viceroy for the “Pakistan Colony” These scenes do heart us but not that much because these are expected.

US viceroy to Pakistan

US viceroy to Pakistan

The thing that we didn’t expect was the meeting between Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammed Chudhry and Richard Holbrooke in the supreme court building on June 6, 2009 and that too just two days after Hafiz’s release. (Pls Note that Holbrooke is unofficially representing India also)
Why didn’t we expect that? The answer is simple. We believed that his NO to president Musharraf was his ‘own’ and he was restored through a long struggle by the civil society and some political parties like PTI and JI and PML N in the last stage. Not just a struggle but the one for which some precious lives were sacrificed. I still remember the day when we the members of civil society were left on road of Karachi to the terrorists and CJ along with Aitezaz was sitting safely in the Airport lounge.

What in the Meeting?chief-justice-iftikharholbrooke-11

Although the meeting itself was unjustified, however, there arises a question that what was discussed in the meeting?
‘Matters relating to judicial reforms as per national judicial policy and the whole judicial structure of Pakistan were discussed,’ Dr Faqir Hussain, Registrar of the Supreme Court says. But why and in what capacity both the party meet. What an ungainly cover-up this is? The registrar shows to be a good PR manager but his word doesn’t work here.

Second Development?
The second development in this regard is that “Immediately after the meeting, the chief justice went to the presidency to attend the oath-taking ceremony of newly appointed Federal Shariat Court Chief Justice Agha Mohammad Rafique. There he had a one-to-one meeting with President Asif Zardari.”ONPPix05-74-jpg__600

Coincidence or planned?
Were these two meetings a coincidence or agenda of the both Meetings was same? If agenda and topics were the same then it was surely a planned one. However, the time and actions of CJ in future will answer this question. Zardari

Haroon Rashid in his ‘Pheslan’ in Daily Jang has had between the line comments about the issue. Dr Arif Alvi of Pakistan Tehrek Insaf is clearer and has two write-ups about this unwanted meeting, at least unwanted to us the member of civil society and worker of political parties. In his first Post “CJP Iftikhar meets Holbrooke?” Published on Teeth Maestro dated June 7, 2009, Dr Alvi has rightly highlighted the issue.
He writes;

“We as members of the civil society have struggled long and hard for his restoration and we continue to respect the Supreme Court, but for matters of dignity and norms the Chief Justice should not have met a political official of the US Government, which has been responsible for kidnappings and ‘internments’ from Pakistan to say the least. A large number of cases were heard by the Chief Justice himself before and are still pending in which the US government has clearly been accused and implicated. Even the issue of encroachment of Pakistan’s sovereignty, and drone attacks in violation of the same and of our basic rights, can come up for hearing at the Supreme Court.”

missing_persons_children

Again on the June 11, 2009 he has penned “Dorab Patel on Judicial Aloofness – CJP’s meeting Richard Holbrooke” in this piece he has cited the attitude of past judged like Dorab Patel and Justice Wahiduddin Ahmed (father of Justice Wajeehuddin Ahmed) in this regard and told that how would they avoided meeting with the officials of all ranks including PMs.
.
Salman Mugsi in the Pakistan Spectator webblog has raised some good points. In his “Why Holbrooke Met With CJP Iftikhar Chaudhary?” he writes;

“Nation stands appalled. This is the same Holbrooke, who and his predecessors were ill at ease with even the mention of the restoration of the same chief justice and also this was the same chief justice who was hyper-active to the satisfaction of many Pakistanis about the missing people, who were sold to United States by the Pervez Musharraf. Now it would be an understatement to even say that this is painful to witness these sorts of meetings.”

Then raises some question;

“What is the office of Holbrooke with CJP Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary? In order to cover things up, it is being said that CJP met with the Holbrooke on the advice of the foreign office. Since when the CJP has started accepting the advices of the FO?

Honorable chief justice we have been rejecting all conspiracy theories including the Other Side of the Picture. We still believe that this meeting is a share blunder to you also and will bring no changes in our expectations. Some of your colleagues, who also got restored as a result of judiciary restoration movement by the civil society, are reportedly unhappy with this meeting of yours with US viceroy. We expect that if our rulers are slave our judiciary is not. Our dream and expectations has to come true and see that we are waiting for the cases of Missing person and NRO, the later the biggest dacoit in the history of Pakistan.
